Quotes
To receive a quote from us please go to Get A Quote and fill out the quick and easy form with as much information as possible. Once we’ve received and reviewed your form, we will create a quote and upload it to My Quotes. Here you’ll be able to download a copy. We’ll notify you of this via email.
For single home projects where all required information is supplied, our usual turnaround times for quotes will be 48 hours, within our normal working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We may be able to quote within 3 hours if this is requested, and subject to workload. A member of our Underfloor Heating team will contact you promptly to discuss the details of your project and confirm your expected quotation time.
Your quote will be guaranteed for 30 days. If you haven’t placed your order within 30 days, we advise you contact us to review your quote and update any price where necessary.
To order your quote, visit My Quotes and Accept Quote. Accepting the quote confirms a commitment to buy. A member of our Underfloor Heating Fulfilment Team will be in touch to confirm which merchant has received your order. Payment will be made to the merchant.
Visit My Quotes and Amend Quote. You’ll be redirected to the form page where you’ll need to tell us the changes you want to make.
Courses
You can browse our upcoming courses in your dashboard. Once you’ve chosen the course you wish to attend, you just need to fill in the booking form. You’ll receive an email confirming your booking.
We have a wide range of training locations across the UK. You can view the list here.
It isn’t a requirement, however we do encourage you to book onto our free training courses to continue developing your skills and knowledge. You can view our upcoming courses here. A member of our Underfloor Heating team will be in touch should you not attend any additional training provided by us.

General
It’s important that you register the warranty of your Underfloor Heating installs so in the unlikely event of a warranty claim, we are able to process it quickly and easily for your customer. To register a warranty, visit your dashboard and select warranties. You’ll then be required to fill in a short form to register the warranty.
As an Approved Engineer, you receive exclusive benefits and services! You will have received a PDF detailing all your benefits but to name a few, you’ll receive expert advice and support, lead generation and priority site support.
Account
To close your Approved Engineer Account with us, please send an email to ufh.enquiries@polypipe.com informing us of your request. The Polypipe UFH team will guide you through the account closure process and ensure that your request is handled promptly and efficiently.
